We deliver products to addresses in Croatia and selected international destinations. Available countries and delivery options are displayed during the checkout process.

Order processing & delivery times
Orders placed on business days are generally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Croatia: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 2–7 business days
- Other countries: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, delivery service, and periods of increased demand.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and are automatically calculated and displayed before checkout is completed.
Free shipping is available for orders within Croatia over €99.
All prices on the website are shown in euros (€). If you pay in another currency, the amount will be automatically converted during checkout.
Returns
Customers have the right to return products in accordance with applicable laws, within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
For hygiene and health reasons, opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.
Invoices
The invoice is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
Customs & taxes
All orders are shipped from the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, in accordance with the recipient country’s local regulations.
Such charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
